Founded in 1996 by Dean Saunders, Saunders Real Estate has evolved over the decades, gaining a reputation for excellence and integrity throughout the southern United States.

Starting out as a best-in-class land realty business, Dean Saunders partnered with Gary Ralston,CCIM, SIOR, CRS, CPM, CRE, CLS, CRX, FRICS, CRRP and Todd Dantzler, CCIM in 2010 and 2011 to establish Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, adding commercial brokerage and commercial property management services to the agency. The agency expanded into Georgia in 2017, and Arkansas in 2024.

From 2017 to 2024, the agency was affiliated with SVN International, becoming SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler. In 2025, the agency went back to its roots, dissolving its association with SVN and rebranding as Saunders Real Estate. The agency’s land and commercial business became Saunders Land and Saunders Commercial, respectively.

Today, Saunders Real Estate is one of the most trusted authorities in land and commercial real estate in the region, combining decades of experience with a deep commitment to business and landowner property rights and natural land preservation.
