Toner, who represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction, played an instrumental role in securing the sale to MiTek Industries, a global manufacturer of engineering solutions for construction companies. Initially, MiTek expressed interest in acquiring only 50 acres of the 128-acre site. However, Toner advised MiTek to purchase a larger 111-acre portion, allowing the company to consolidate its two Tampa Bay locations in a new 480,000-square-foot facility in Zephyrhills.
