He holds a strong reverence for the state’s fascinating history along with the multi-generational families that reside within.
In forming client relationships, Richard takes a familial approach. Over countless generations, Florida’s tight-knit community has developed many nuanced perspectives that lead to compelling stories and events. Richard’s fascination with the Floridian family has equipped him with a vast library filled with Floridian history and captivating experiences.
In his relationship-building pursuit, Richard has been a part of many complex land transactions. As the “Florida Land Guy”, Richard works on both ends of the brokerage process to assist any and all clients in meeting their investment goals. Now considered an expert land broker, Richard understands the needs of both buyers and sellers and how to connect the right parties for a successful transaction.
