“We are proud of Keat's accomplishment in achieving one of the highest levels of professionalism at such a young age” - Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM

LAKELAND, FL, September 30, 2021 – SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, a full-service land, and commercial real estate brokerage firm is proud to announce that one of its Advisors, Keat Waldron, has earned his Accredited Land Consultant (ALCs) designation at the age of 25.

As the youngest ALC in the state of Florida, Keat joins other leading land professionals who have completed the rigorous education program, a stellar record of transactions, and have demonstrated a commitment to professional growth.

In addition to the requirement of minimum years of experience in land sales, applicants must submit a portfolio in which the value of the land accounts for at least 51% of the total sale of the transaction.

Keat Waldron, ALC, has had the opportunity to be a part of some extremely unique property sales, largely consisting of ranchland and recreational land. The three most notable transactions consist of a 656-acre ranching compound in Myakka City that sold for $4.6 million in June 2020. The second and third sales that come to mind consisted of over 1,000 acres of conservation land along the Ocklawaha River in Fort McCoy that sold for over $3 million. Finally, a 3,656-acre ranch in Okeechobee FL which sold for almost $11 million. Each sale took place in vastly different market areas of Florida, each with its own unique set of characteristics with the help of other agents who were involved with the transactions.

It is an honor to be part of a group of individuals that all share the same passion for land like I do. I did not expect to be the youngest in the state; it is certainly an accomplishment I am proud of.” said Keat. Keat is one of seven advisors at SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler who has earned the ALC designation.

We are proud of Keat’s accomplishment in achieving one of the highest levels of professionalism at such a young age. In achieving his ALC, it will enable him to provide expert knowledge to share with his clients,” said Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM. Dean currently serves as the 2021 President-Elect on the REALTORS® Land Institute Executive Committee.

Keat holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics with a specialization in Agribusiness and Marketing Management, along with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida (UF). As a licensed real estate associate, Keat has also worked as an auctioneer for one of the country’s most prominent real estate auction firms.

Keat is a 7th-generation Floridian with a passion for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors, which helped develop his keen interest in the field of real estate over the years.
