LAKELAND, FL, October 18, 2022 - SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler would like to congratulate Trent Saunders on earning the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Upon receiving this designation, Trent joins the ranks of other highly-qualified land experts within the ALC national network.
Earning this designation requires an intense amount of work. This includes a collective land portfolio consisting of numerous transactions whose land value accounts for over 50% of the total sale. Trent would also have to complete an extensive training and education program and have demonstrated a commitment to professional and educational growth.
In the pathway of obtaining his ALC, Trent had the opportunity to be included in numerous land transactions, each unique in their own right. This portfolio would mainly consist of citrus groves and various ranches. Recently, Trent closed on a 1,350± AC citrus grove in Collier County, Florida that consisted of a mixture of Hamlins and Valencia. Additionally, Trent worked on a beautiful 98-acre recreation and lakefront property in Polk County, Florida that featured its own 43-acre private lake.

In addition to his new designation, Trent has obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Citrus with a minor in Business from Florida Southern College. He is also a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®.
As stated, Trent is 9th-generation Floridian who holds a strong passion for Florida land. His family history holds long-time ties in agriculture and real estate with the state. Through this, Trent carries on his family’s established roots in the practice of land sales and land management.
