This workshop, exclusively for Florida landowners, featured insights from seasoned land property appraisers, tax experts, and, importantly, fellow landowners who have decided to sell their development rights. We also heard from agencies involved in purchasing conservation easements, offering a well-rounded perspective on conservation easements and how they might be a viable option to generate revenue.
